WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING!
Pam—
We just wanted to thank you for your
assistance in the wonderful improvements we have seen in Kia’s behavior
since taking your class. Your class made training her easy,
understandable, fun, and effective. I especially enjoyed your
dog-oriented T-shirts, your sense of humor, and witty comments.
If you ever need references from
satisfied customers please feel free to use my name and I will give you
my highest recommendation! Thank you so much!

Pam,
Over the last 15 years, we’ve brought
five or six dogs through your novice classes. You are the best
instructor and most compassionate pet person. We also love your sense
of humor. Thanks again for pointing out
Angus’ hip dysplasia. You have no idea how much you helped us. Please
don’t ever retire!

"After
almost 40 years of listening to clients telling me of behavioral problems with
their dogs, I found myself needing professional help with my dog, Possum. After
only two sessions of E-collar training with Cactus Canine Center, I now have a
delightfully obedient dog. She looks forward to having her collar on and having
fun. For the most part, dogs want to please us, they just need some sensible,
humane direction!"

"I recently adopted an adorable little 3 year old Jack
Russell Terrier (Jack Russell Terror was more like it) that had
come from a pup mill. Her name is Paisley. I've never
seen a dog who lacked discipline and manners, and at the same time, wanted to be
loved as much as her. Since Joe of Cactus Canine had trained me to train
our other two Jack Russells, I was equipped to train
our new addition. I was truly amazed at how quickly she responded to direction
with the remote collar. Paisley's not perfect, but
the show listens 99% better with, and just as importantly, without the collar.
Also, she loves the praise she received for a job well done. Thanks Pam and
Joe! - Cathleen Carlton, Manager at Sahuaro Vista

"Used with proper instruction, the electronic collar is a great tool for
training dogs. It seems to be especially well suited to dogs with
difficult behavioral abnormalities that occur in the absence of the handler.
I have recommended this method of training for "problem dogs" in the past since
2003 and I am currently using the electronic collar to control aggression of my
own dogs toward our household cats." - Dr. Tim Ireland, Veterinarian,
Encanto Pet Clinic (Tucson)
"One
month ago our Jack Russell Terrier didn't come when we called. 'Jack' ate my
drip system, our outdoor carpet, wouldn't sit still for a moment and loved to
chew on my hand. When we would take him for a walk,
he would dash out, run around and constantly pull at the leash.
Jack was constantly in our neighbor’s yard ('KangaJack', as the neighbor
girls call him, would leap over our common 5' patio wall). What a difference a
month makes. All of those behaviors are GONE! Jack
heels beautifully. He
comes, on command (like a dart) from as far away as I call him. He sits until
released and we are now working on the 'place' command (which allows him to move
within a defined area, but not leave it). Your E-collar instructor (Joe
Camacho) was a pleasure to work with. His ability to
work with Jack (while demonstrating each technique to me) was invaluable. As
you know, I've trained several dogs using different method and spent months of
time and effort without nearly the response achieved with the E-collar. A
little expensive? Yes. Worth it? Every dime. Wouldn't even consider a
different method at this point. The time and effort that this method saved me
is second only to the wonderful results in terms of our satisfaction. Wife
Diane has stopped threatening to make 'Jack Burgers' and my kid's are actually
enjoying taking the dog for a walk. I've even had several neighbors (whom I'd
never met) come OUT OF THEIR HOMES and ask 'how did you train him to DO THAT?"
It's amazing.... Thank you for your recommendation and support!"

"On
behalf of Helena and I, it is our wish to express our complete satisfaction and
gratitude for the positive, dramatic behavioral changes which you've brought
about within our cherished family dogs Baxter and Barcley. As you may recall
from our first conversation we had struggled for about two years with (other)
training methods but without success. All the while Baxter's continuing
aggressive behavior was having a major disruptive influence within our home
generating anxiety and impacting our joy in welcoming friends into our home.
But now
thanks to you, these problems no longer exist. I well remember upon your meeting
Baxter you immediately recognized his behaviors were projections related to his
insecurity and within minutes you had gained his respect and calmed his fear.
With any other person, friend or stranger, Baxter would have continued barking
and threatening while ignoring our commands. Best of all, by the end of the
first training lesson (we) had control for the first time. The
benefits gained from this training experience are priceless. We always loved our
Baxter but now more then ever we can enjoy this fine dog."

“Our
Labrador, “Nikita,” was the dog from hell – getting into everything,
harassing the other dog, eating poop. The
collar AND training saved US and the dog!” – George

“Freckles
is a Pet Shop Dalmatian. Training
with the collar saved me from going crazy or having to get rid of the dog.
It definitely made the situation tolerable AND the dog is happy!!”

“We
rescued Sugar, a Welsh Springer Spaniel. We
like to walk on the beach in Mexico with the dogs loose.
Sugar’s attitude was, ‘Bye, Dad – see ya later, take a message.’
And she would be gone. Now she
comes IMMEDIATELY and can still enjoy her walks on the beach!”
- Chris C. (Tucson)
“My
dog REALLY listens to me now. It’s
like a hearing aid!”
- S. Adkins (Tucson)
“Max,
the savage Border Collie, had been impossible since he was very young –
stubborn, refused to come, would growl and snap when we attempted to brush him
or make him do anything he did not want to do.
We have, without a doubt, recaptured our freedom with the use of the
remote collar. We saw a remarkable
difference in just three weeks! This
collar was our only hope because, had it not worked, our only alternative would
have been to put him down. I’m
sure he’s much happier….I know we certainly are!
Thanks again!" -
