Registration for our classes can be made in four ways:

registration information packet.

You may phone in Visa and MasterCard pre-registration to take
advantage of our pre-registration offer (to be received
3 days before class starting
date!)

Download or print directly online the registration form and mail
with payment to:

Note: You must have Adobe(R)Acrobat(R)
Reader 3.0 or higher installed on your computer to view the registration form and
print it. The form consists of two pages. To save paper and trees, please print
the first page, then turn the paper over and print the second page on the back.
